Concept & Framework
Together with you, we define the goal of your project.
Our experts develop initial design proposals and check the feasibility of your product idea

Proof of Concept
We investigate whether the planned product design and geometry are technically feasible. To do this, we can adapt existing process steps and develop new ones.
A proof of concept is as a powerful tool for risk reduction, especially for rapid market launches.
Testing using real materials (e.g. fiber, laminate or composite films) show how the product behaves in practical use.
We measure important properties such as sealing strength, barrier values (OTR/WVTR), leak-resistance and peel behavior.
We then decide together: Is the concept ready for the next step or are adjustments necessary?

Upscaling
Our (laboratory) machines allow us to produce, among other things, initial pre-series samples.
At the same time, we define the quality standards and barrier requirements.

Knowledge transfer & production start
Our design and manufacturing teams ensure smooth implementation.
Your new system will first be commissioned at our location and then on-site at your location.
Your team receives practical training – for efficient, safe processes from day one.
This means you are perfectly prepared for series production using your Kiefel machine.
