Faerch A/S, a leading manufacturer of recyclable food packaging, is once again relying on Kiefel's reliable technology. As part of a long-term partnership, Kiefel regularly supplies SPEEDFORMER KMD 78 Power machines to further strengthen sustainable production at Faerch.
Since its founding in Denmark in 1969, Faerch has been supplying food manufacturers and retailers worldwide with high-quality packaging. The focus is on fully recyclable PET trays that promote a sustainable circular economy. The KMD 78 Power from Kiefel enables production of packaging made from up to 100% recycled PET, which can be fully reprocessed into food-grade products.
Kiefel contributes comprehensive know-how and reacts quickly and flexibly to our requirements. The digital services on the Kiefel portal – especially for training our machine operators – also provide great added value for us.

Over 50 KMD 78 Power machines have been supplied since 2014, operating around the clock to produce plastic trays for ready meals, fresh meat, takeaway food and dairy products.
The machines impress with state-of-the-art technology and high recipe compatibility. Existing tools can also be used without modification – true plug & play. Flexible interfaces enable regional automation solutions in Denmark. All this with minimal space requirements and maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
