With the SPEEDFORMER KTR 6.2 Speed, we are presenting a new generation of tilting machines for the efficient production of high-quality cups, e.g. from recycled PET. Material usage is optimized and line output is significantly increased. On the NATUREFORMER KFT Lab machine with the new double-dip process, visitors can experience live the production of functional margarine tubs using the wet fiber process. The food-grade packaging has improved barrier properties against oils and fats thanks to monomaterial layers – and is recyclable.

Cooperation with Coexpan
Recycling meets high tech: Born Again. In Better Shape. At the Kiefel booth, you can experience the production of high-performance plastic cups live. The films used for this purpose, as well as other related materials, are tested in advance in close cooperation with film partner Coexpan. At the trade fair, interested visitors will gain exclusive insights into the test results and see how recyclability and high-quality design can be ideally combined in cup production.
Fiber Packaging
In addition to the live demonstration of the NATUREFORMER KFT Lab with wet fiber technology and the production of margarine trays from pulp, visitors can discover the new dry fiber technology. This is a powerful addition for the production of packaging directly from paper rolls.
