Kiefel takes its service platform to the next level
Kiefel will present the next stage of the Kiefel Portal at K 2025 in Düsseldorf – featuring new functions that make spare parts and service processes even more efficient, intuitive, and connected. Customers, partners, subsidiaries, and agents worldwide access all relevant information around the clock – centrally, digitally, and up to date.
Interactive 3D catalog for precise spare parts identification
The core feature of the new version is the interactive 3D spare parts catalog, generated directly from Kiefel’s CAD data. Users navigate through the models and quickly find the spare parts they require thanks to visual support. For large machines, a hybrid display of pre-rendered 2D views and an interactive X-ray function ensures short loading times and easy orientation – even on older devices.
Full integration: Diagrams, upgrades, retrofits, and real-time data
In addition, the Kiefel Portal links electrical and pneumatic diagrams directly with mechanical bills of materials. Plant documentation, upgrades, and retrofit offers are also available on demand. Original Kiefel spare parts can be requested directly via SAP with up-to-date pricing and availability information.
