Our Material R&D Center supports you in selecting suitable natural fibers such as waste paper, sustainable wood or straw residue. Each fiber is carefully analyzed to ensure it meets durability, sustainability and aesthetics requirements.

In addition, we advise on suitable suppliers and, upon request, develop individual material mixtures. Our experts' extensive knowledge ensures that every piece of packaging meets the latest standards and customer expectations.

The NATUREFORMER KFT 90 is the cornerstone of our technical implementation. This state-of-the-art machine enables the efficient production of high quality products from fiber whilst reducing CO₂ emissions.

During the proof of concept phase, we analyze the feasibility of your project and identify the optimum machine setup. We take into account all downstream processing steps such as coating, filling or punching to ensure seamless integration into your production line. Every detail is checked to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the entire process.
