The NATUREFORMER KFL 90.1 is a fully integrated fiber thermoforming system for the series production of lids and portion cups made of natural fibers.
The KFL 90.1 produces made of natural fibers up to 40 millimeters tall. From fiber preparation in pulp basins, to hot-press technology, to the finished packaging product, it offers seamless processing.
The KFL 90.1 combines two units to achieve a significantly higher output. Dual punching stations enable the production of complex products with simple technology.

Sustainable packaging solutions for every need
Fiber lids
These lids are heat-resistant and leak-proof, fit perfectly on matching cups, and have an audible snap function. For comfortable handling, C-cut, drink marks and water barriers can be taken into account in production. They can be produced with a fat barrier for margarine. The lids are made from e.g. bleached virgin pulp, and are therefore free of PFAS, mineral oil, and heavy metals.
Food containers
The NATUREFORMER KFL 90.1 is a versatile system for producing various food packaging. The flexible technology enables the production of various formats and sizes, including rectangular packaging solutions for products such as margarine, cream cheese, ice cream and much more.
Portion cups
The NATUREFORMER KFL 90.1 produces cups and lids for portion cups within a single efficient process. The compact containers are versatile and ideal for hot and cold products such as snacks, sauces, dips, dressings and more.
