Sustainable packaging solutions fulfil every requirement
The NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1 produces stackable, moisture-resistant fruit trays made from fresh fiber. Thanks to the AKD additive, they remain stable, while ventilation holes ensure optimal cooling air circulation. Sealable edges allow for film sealing and individual branding.

NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1 MAP trays for meat packaging are stackable (and can be unstacked), have sealable edges for film sealing, and are made from sustainable cellulose. For products that require even longer-lasting freshness, we offer an optional machine module that laminates the trays.

Coffee capsules produced on the NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1, made from sustainable materials such as cellulose, are stackable and have sealable edges. The capsule barriers effectively stop fat, water and oxygen (OTR) to preserve the full coffee flavor.

Industrial packaging produced on the NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1 offers robust protection for transport and storage and is made from unbleached natural fibers. It is versatile, offer a wide variety of shapes and have a high-quality aesthetic and feel thanks to their smooth surfaces.

Its compact size and low space requirements make it particularly suitable for laboratories and development departments.

The proven system for the series production of fiber-based packaging such as lids, coffee capsules, trays, cups, plant pots, etc. is available with an optional integrated inline punching station for precise cutting of the products. It is designed for high production capacity. The machine offers a 15% larger molding area for higher output and enables quick tool changes.
