Innovative machine solutions for packaging made from renewable raw materials
Sustainable packaging made from natural fiber is becoming the standard – demanded by consumers, legislators and the company’s own brand promise. Converters face the challenge of meeting these expectations from a technical, economical and legally compliance point of view. Packaging solutions produced with functional design, sustainable materials and efficient implementation convey brand messages whilst being impressive during every stage of production.
NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1 fruit punnets are stackable, moisture-resistant thanks to the AKD additive, and have ventilation holes for optimal cooling air circulation. Sealable edges allow film sealing for your branding needs – made from virgin fiber material.

The lids of the NATUREFORMER KFL 90.1 are heat-resistant, leak-proof, can be equipped with C-Cut and Drink Marks for hot drinks and have an audible snap function. A fat barrier is used for fatty applications such as margarine. Fiber-based lids are free from PFAs, mineral oil, and heavy metals and made from virgin pulp.

MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) trays for meat packaging, produced on the NATUREFORMER KFT 90.1, are stackable, unstackable, and have sealable edges for film sealing. They can be laminated for extended freshness. Made from sustainable cellulose for optimal durability.
