Tools for tilting machines (KTR)
Our KTR tools are designed for maximum productivity and energy efficiency, for example, producing a 95 mm diameter PET drinking cups using up to 42 cavities and at cycle speeds of up to 36 cycles/min. They can also process common materials such as PET, PP, and PS reliably and precisely. Pre-stretching plugs, format parts and pushers can be changed directly at the machine.
This does not require a complete tool change. Our tools are therefore ideal for product families, for example when different volumes need to be produced with the same diameter. This significantly reduces downtime.

Tools for steel rule cutting machines (KMD)
Our tools for steel rule machines combine decades of thermoforming experience with maximum flexibility and compatibility. Whether separate forming and punching, combined forming and punching (BFS) or punching presses for clean drop-through cuts – we offer you the right solution for your production goals, material efficiency and changeover requirements.
Our BFS system impresses with an excellent cost-benefit ratio and maximum cutting precision, even with demanding materials. The reduced tool complexity pays off twice: Neither knife positioning nor profile grinding is necessary. This reduces your tooling costs, speeds up changeovers and allows full material flexibility.

Tools for fiber machines (KFT)
Our tools for the NATUREFORMER series form sustainable packaging from wet or dry natural fibers, such as cellulose. Whether trays, lids or containers: the modular design enables precise forming, controlled drying and exact product contours with high repeatability.
Cold pre-pressing, integrated heating zones and flexible loading areas ensure efficient use of materials and energy. An integrated inline punching station gives the final products clean edges and the highest quality corners.
