New BRÜCKNER Group premises in Shouzou (CHINA) inaugurated.


08 May 2012 - Ever since the 1980s Brückner has established a close partnership with the Chinese Plastics Industry. Several offices and sites in China as well as more than 300 production lines in operation of Brückner Maschinenbau, PackSys Global, and Kiefel reflect this. To bundle the various activities, the Brückner Group recently opened the new Brückner China Headquarter at the top-modern Suzhou Industrial Park in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.

More than 300 guests attended the ceremony: customers and suppliers, public officers, employees, friends, as well as the management of all members of the Brückner Group. Among the guests of honour were Dr. Wolfgang Roehr, General Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany, and Mrs. Sun Yanyan, Vice Director of Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee. In their speeches both acknowledged Brückner Group’s outstanding role as long-term partner of Chinese plastics processors and manufacturers.


Brückner Group’s CEO Dr. Axel von Wiedersperg said: “Suzhou Industrial Park is the heart of the Chinese high-tech machine building world and this world-class environment is the perfect surrounding for our Chinese headquarters. We are sure that with our new premises and enhanced services we will be able to support our valued Chinese customers in optimizing their day-to-day business better than ever.”


Christoph Mayer, Managing Director Brueckner Technology (Suzhou), added: “Our new Chinese headquarter will be the perfect service platform for all our group members. In order to fulfill our supporting role most efficiently, we started to develop a training and R&D center and will constantly enhance the schooling of our staff.”


From the new premises Brueckner Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. will offer enhanced service, improved spare parts distribution, optimized quality assurance and a meeting place for all Brückner Group customers in China. Furthermore, the spacious, modern and appealing facility provides best conditions for customer trainings and the recently established electrical service hotline.


State-of-the-art equipment is used to guarantee highest quality for services in the workshop. Since all departments are now close to each other, mechanical and process specialists are immediately available, e.g. in case of troubleshooting with remote service tools. Additionally, the service department is in closer contact with the purchasing department to improve the ordering process.
