苏州汽车行业TPO树脂研讨会上提问不断 : Kiefel

Kiefel、Lyondell Basell、Olbrich、Reifenhauser数间知名公司今天联合在苏州举办了一场汽车行业TPO树脂研讨会。研讨会气氛热烈，约有60名人士参会，现场座无虚席，大家在会后都踊跃提问，希望借机会了解更多有关技术和产品在行业的应用趋势。

现场的专家指出，TPO(热塑性聚烯烃)片材挤出在汽车上的应用，主要用于汽车仪表板、门板等。用于TPO挤出的CSC (Cast Sheet Coating) 技术对各种原料具有优异的混合性能、能很好的控制水温，不用在真空除气时进行预干燥。 Lyondell Basell的Catalloy聚合技术是一种多步骤气相聚合工艺，创造了一个创新的TPO树脂的家族，客户用以作为基础材料，共混的原料或聚合物改性体，达到特定的客户要求。高柔软度和在高低温同时具有优异性能，对比触觉（低光泽、软触摸）使得Catalloy TPO树脂的产品具有针对汽车内饰部件的共混料的开发选择，如控制台、梁柱装饰、内部地板、软把手饼和仪表板门板表皮。
