Our Pulpers (sizes S, M and L) process common fibers as in the paper industry (primary or secundary fibers).
Materials for processing e.g.:
- CTMP (chemi-thermical mechanical pulp)
- NBSK (northern bleached softwood kraft)
- UKP (unbleached kraft pulp)
- ONP (old news print oder old news paper)
- OCC (old corrugated cardboard oder old corrugated containers)
- Some grades from annual plants
- Reject and scrap material from pulp and paper production
Smallest footprint & greatest mobility
With its small footprint and maximum mobility, the KFP S offers the perfect entry-level solution for packaging made of natural fibers. 30 kg of virgin fiber can be prepared in batches and fed to a natural fiber packaging machine.

Non-stop preparation for medium production volumes
The KFP M stands for non-stop continuous output and can process up to 160 kg of virgin fiber per hour. In the process, 2-4 machines for processing natural fibers into packaging can be supplied with the prepared pulp.
Non-stop preparation for high production volumes
The KFP L, on the other hand, can process up to 250 kg of virgin fiber per hour with equally non-stop continuous output. The KFP L can supply 4-6 fiber machines with pulp.
