In times when we are required to keep physical distance from each other, creative solutions are needed to make personal honors worthy.
Employee anniversaries, however, require a celebratory atmosphere and are a tradition at Kiefel. It is not unusual for employees to remain loyal to the company for decades. Once a year, the anniversaries are celebrated, including on 15 October 2020 at the Kiefel Training Center in Freilassing.
Of course, this was all based on a strict hygiene concept, with large spacing and FFP2 masks. A ceremony of a somewhat different kind, adapted to the requirements but still festive. Honour with distance evenly, but with much room for thanks and recognition.
This year, eight Kiefel employees from the Freilassing site together have 260 years to look back on!
CFO Peter Eisl and Head of Human Resources Petra Spreitzhofer officially handed over the certificates of recognition and the award of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The 2nd mayor of Freilassing, Josef Kapik, spoke as guest of honor.
With the necessary distance and protective measures, the event thus became a celebration despite corona restrictions: With animated discussions, a festive atmosphere and a confident perspective on many more innovative years by and with Kiefel.
The RFO accompanied the ceremony with a video clip (in German only): https://www.rfo.de/mediathek/video/kiefel-ehrt-langjaehrige-mitarbeiter/
